    Hello!

    I am Kristina Murphy

    Nice to meet you!

    For most people, being a Realtor might not seem very exciting. But for me, Real Estate is a passion I've been pursuing for over 20 years. It all began when I was 18, working as the evening and weekend receptionist at HER Realtors' Lincoln Village office. Since then, I've weathered many ups and downs in the market, adapting to the changes and building one of the top teams within the company. I firmly believe that success in this business comes from being honest, motivated, and caring. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and you need someone by your side who genuinely cares and will guide you through the process with your best interests in mind.

    When I'm not working to connect buyers and sellers, you can usually find me at home on our family farm in Madison County. Whether it's watching my teenage son Carter ride his four-wheeler, fishing in our pond, or helping my husband in the barn, our dog Magnum, is always by my side, ensuring I'm never alone in my downtime.

In our case, she helped us work with the builder of our new home, M/I Homes, and stood beside us every step of the way. She participated in the various walk-throughs at the different stages of the build and pointed out issues with the finish of our home. With the sale of our previous home, she helped us get far more than what we anticipated as a final offer. It was amazing!
